Guest count, duration, existing venue equipment, required sound and display setup, host or operator requests and transport conditions are considered together. This page does not publish a fixed tariff or confirm availability; a written quote is prepared from your details.
How does this differ from karaoke system rental?
This page focuses on planning the karaoke session, including participation, song order and staffing needs. If your priority is equipment and technical setup, see the related Karaoke System Rental page. In both cases, the final scope is agreed in the quote.
Are a host and technical operator included?
They are not automatically included. Use the form to request a host, technical operator or both. Roles, staffing and working time are agreed individually in the written quote.
Can we request particular songs and languages?
You can share a preference list. Availability and access to each track are not assumed; the list and use conditions are checked before the event.
Does the venue need internet or a sound system?
Requirements depend on the selected system and how songs are accessed. Share existing sound, microphone, screen, connection and internet details. Offline use or additional equipment is confirmed through a technical review.
Can karaoke be planned outdoors?
You can request an outdoor setup. Suitability is confirmed only after reviewing weather, equipment protection, power, sound coverage and venue rules.
