Article 01
Purpose
Consultancy aims to reduce incorrect or unnecessary spending, shorten decision time and create an actionable plan aligned with the event objective. The evaluation is limited to the information supplied by the customer and the agreed meeting scope.

Concept and experience
Theme, visual direction, participant flow and alternative ideas.
Budget and cost
Prioritization of items and practical alternatives.
Venue and technical suitability
Capacity, access, setup, sound, power and permit requirements.
Operations and crew
Timing, task order, dependencies and field coordination.
Article 03
Pricing Policy
- Consultancy is a paid service; the meeting or work begins after payment.
- The fee is determined by duration, scope, required deliverables and the level of expertise needed.
- If we deliver the event, the amount and conditions of any consultancy credit are stated before the transaction.
- The consultancy fee excludes third-party service and implementation costs.
Article 04
Process Management
- The consultancy subject, objective and expected deliverable are clarified.
- Scope and fee are approved, and required background information is collected.
- The meeting or analysis is completed.
- A written summary, budget plan or concept note is delivered where included in the package.
- Any revision right must be used within the stated period and quantity.
Article 05
Cancellation and Refund Conditions
- A cancellation request is evaluated separately if the service has not begun.
- The knowledge service is considered to have begun once a meeting is held, analysis starts or an idea or plan is shared.
- Refunds for consultancy that has begun are evaluated under legal requirements and the conditions disclosed before the transaction.
- Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability and the notice period.
Article 06
Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
- Budget, participant, brand and event information supplied by the customer is treated confidentially.
- Plans, reports, drawings, text and original ideas created in consultancy constitute intellectual work.
- Customer-specific work may not be sold to third parties or reproduced as a commercial template unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Third-party pricing and availability are not firm commitments until verified.
Article 07
Applicability
This policy applies to individual and corporate event-consultancy work provided by En Baba Organizasyon. A different, more detailed provision in a service-specific proposal or agreement prevails for that service.
