Istanbul Event Tent Rental

Rent tents for gardens, schools and corporate outdoor sites with a plan for dimensions, ground, sidewalls and installation.

A tent rental plan combines dimensions, ground, sidewalls, anchoring, table layout, power and installation times. Service aisles, stages and exits are reviewed alongside guest count; weather and ground suitability are checked before installation.

How does a tent change your event area?

Tent rental is not just a square-metre calculation. Seated or standing layouts, entrances and exits, service areas, flooring, lighting and power are planned together. Indoor and outdoor heating requirements are assessed separately.

What is checked when planning a tent?

Dimensions and capacity

Guest count, table layout and service areas are considered together.

Sidewalls

Open or closed sides are selected according to wind, rain and privacy requirements.

Ground and anchoring

Anchoring methods differ for gardens, concrete, terraces and rural sites.

Additional setup

Tables, chairs, lighting, power distribution and suitable heating when needed are assessed in the same site plan.

Event Tent Rental Prices

Indicative Istanbul tent rental prices range from TRY 20,000 to TRY 250,000. Dimensions, sidewalls, anchoring, installation area, carrying distance, lighting and rental duration affect the price.

Record the tent footprint in advance

This tool calculates rectangular floor area only. It does not calculate guest capacity, safe installation or price.

Enter the dimensions.

Circulation, entrances and exits, table layout and anchoring clearance require a separate site assessment.

How are tent dimensions and installation confirmed?

  1. Share the event date, duration, expected guests and seated or standing layout.
  2. Assess dimensions, ground, slope, drainage, wind and vehicle access during a site review.
  3. Determine the tent model, sidewalls and anchoring or ballast according to manufacturer requirements and site suitability.
  4. Plan service aisles, entrances and exits, furniture, stages and cable routes together.
  5. Generators are assessed for placement outside the tent. Fuel-burning patio heaters must not be placed inside enclosed tents; enclosed-space heating requires a separately assessed alternative.
  6. Confirm installation, supplier access, checks, use and removal windows in writing.

Frequently asked questions

Why do tent rental prices vary so much?

Dimensions, sidewalls, flooring, anchoring, carrying distance, installation time and additional lighting directly affect the price.

Are sidewalls necessary?

Sidewalls may be recommended for outdoor areas exposed to wind, rain or cold. They may not be needed when the tent is used only for shade.

Can a tent be installed on grass?

Yes. The anchoring or ballast method on grass must be planned to avoid damage to the site.

Can tables and chairs also be arranged inside the tent?

Yes. Tables, chairs, bistro tables, cocktail tables, catering and stages can be planned together to suit the tent dimensions.

Is tent size chosen from guest count alone?

No. Seating or standing layout, table sizes, service aisles, stages, catering and exits must be reviewed together. Floor area alone does not determine safe capacity.

Are flooring and sidewalls included in tent rental?

It depends on the package. Flooring, sidewalls, furniture, lighting, power, transport and special hours are confirmed individually in the quotation.

Can generators and patio heaters be placed inside a tent?

No. Fuel-powered generators must not operate indoors or inside tents; outdoor placement is planned separately. Fuel-burning patio heaters are not suitable for heating enclosed tents. A technically suitable alternative must be assessed for enclosed areas.

Is use guaranteed in wind and rain?

Use is not guaranteed in all weather. Manufacturer limits, anchoring, ground conditions and the forecast must be reviewed; installation or operation plans may need to change.

What information is needed for setup and removal?

Share vehicle access, loading areas, venue permissions, installation-ready times and final collection deadlines. Furniture, catering and other supplier access is coordinated with tent installation.

1–1.2 m²/person Standing cocktail

Increase the area as furniture and service density rise.

1.5–2 m²/person Seated meal

Includes tables, chairs, and service corridors.

3 m+ Service/escape corridor

Large tents require clear, marked circulation paths.

Decision matrix

Which model fits which conditions?

ConditionRecommended optionWhy it fits
Garden event Pagoda/modular tent Provides flexible zoning in smaller areas.
Wedding / dining Clear-span tent + flooring Creates uninterrupted space for tables and decor.
Trade fair / corporate Branded facade + technical infrastructure Integrates entrance, registration, and power planning.
Implementation flow

Four steps from decision to on-site delivery

  1. 1
    Survey the ground

Check soil, asphalt, concrete, slopes, and underground services.

  2. 2
    Place the usage plan

Show tables, stage, bar, service, and escape routes on the drawing.

  3. 3
    Write the weather decision limits

Define reinforcement/cancellation conditions for wind, rain, and snow loads.

  4. 4
    Plan installation access

Clarify vehicle access, lifting/transport, and dismantling times with the venue.

Operational risksPoints not to miss on site
  • Tent anchoring must use an engineering method appropriate to the ground type.
  • When sidewalls are closed, ventilation and escape-route counts must be reassessed.
  • Heaters should be kept at safe distances from combustible surfaces and exits.
