Deposit and Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit Payment
A deposit collected for an event reservation blocks the relevant date and time from other customers and enables crew planning. It is collected by En Baba Organizasyon .
2. Nature of the Deposit
The deposit is a binding payment that confirms the service. Once the reservation is made, En Baba Organizasyoncannot accept another event for that date.
3. Deposit Treatment After Cancellation
- 7 days or more before the event: the deposit may be converted into service credit for another date.
- Less than 7 days before the event: the deposit is not refunded.
- On the final day or at the last minute: no refund is made because preparation is complete; only a date change may be available.
4. Customer Delay or Cancellation
If the customer does not arrive on time or decides not to receive the service, En Baba Organizasyon accepts no liability and the deposit is not refunded. Where documented force majeure exists, such as a health problem, accident or death of a close family member, the deposit is securely retained for use on a suitable date. At the customer’s request, a new date may be planned and the deposit may also be applied to other services.
5. Cancellation by En Baba Organizasyon

- 1️⃣ Deposit Refund: At the customer’s request, the paid deposit is refunded in full. The refund is completed within 7 business days.
