Decide using the same date, duration, crew and list of inclusions.
Compare Equal Scope, Not Just Price
Transparent proposal-evaluation standard: the same service name does not always mean the same delivery. This policy explains when prices can be compared meaningfully, which uses are unfair and how En Baba Organizasyon’s three clear price models work.
Miss omitted scope or costs that appear later.
Send a customer-specific document to a third party without its context.
Quick decision lab
Is your comparison fair?
Choose a scenario to see clearly why the approach is valid or risky.
Evaluate two proposals with equal scope
A price difference can be evaluated meaningfully when date, duration, location, crew size, equipment, setup, transport and inclusions are the same.
Decision matrix
Align these rows before placing two prices side by side.
If one row differs, the proposals may not represent the same service.
| Control area | What must match | Hidden-cost risk |
|---|---|---|
| Date and time | Same day, start time and total working duration | Night, weekend, season or extended-time difference |
| Location | Same district, venue type, floor and vehicle access | Parking, carrying distance, permits or entry time |
| Crew | Personnel count, role definition and working duration | Understaffing, overtime or shift changes |
| Equipment | Model, capacity, quantity, setup and technical staff | Transport, power, backup device or operator differences |
| Service scope | Inclusions, exclusions and delivery format | Consumables, accessories or service charges added later |
| Assurance | Backup plan, cancellation terms, responsibility and commitments | Low starting price with no remedy for disruption |
Policy text
Fair use, proposal scope and decision rules
These provisions do not prevent price requests; they ensure comparisons use the same conditions and genuine intent to purchase a service.
Core provision
Purpose and scope
This policy helps users evaluate proposals with the correct scope, gives genuine customers faster responses and keeps price data in context. It applies to price and scope information obtained through the website, WhatsApp Business, telephone, email and other communication channels.
Basis of comparison
Equal-scope principle
A price difference is meaningful only when service scope is equal. Proposals are not directly equivalent if date, location, duration, personnel, equipment, setup, transport, consumables, delivery method, backup plan or cancellation conditions differ.
Fair use
Accepted price comparison
- Request pricing for a real event with its date, time, location and scope.
- Evaluate different options using the same service items.
- Share the budget openly and ask for scope to be adjusted accordingly.
- Ask about inclusions, exclusions, possible extras and cancellation terms.
- Decide using price, operational assurance, references and delivery standard together.
Outside fair use
Unaccepted uses
- Collect only price data for many services without reservation intent.
- Send a customer-specific proposal to other companies as bargaining leverage.
- Alter proposal text, screenshots or PDFs to create a misleading document.
- Extract prices or content in bulk with bots, scraping or automation.
- Misuse the operations team’s time through repeated requests with incomplete information.
- Present another company’s price as verified fact and demand the same number.
Such requests may go unanswered, be rate-limited or cause temporary restriction of the relevant channel.
Option logic
How should the three clear price models be read?
En Baba Organizasyon may offer three clearly separated scopes for the same need. These are distinct operating levels, not arbitrary discounts of one option.
Includes the necessary items and the simplest viable delivery model.
Balances price, experience and operational assurance.
May include higher capacity, additional crew, visibility or backup.
Timing and availability
Price validity and changes
- The validity period is stated in the relevant message or document.
- Price may change with date, availability, season, exchange-rate-linked equipment, transport or scope.
- A reservation becomes final only after written confirmation, required information and any applicable payment step are complete.
- Expired prices or prices for changed scope do not create an automatic right for a new reservation.
Use of information
Proposal data and confidentiality
A customer-specific proposal may contain event information, operating notes, a supply plan and special pricing. Any stated sharing conditions must be followed. Personal data and contact information must not be shared with third parties without permission.
Application
Policy application and contact
Suspicious automated access, intensive repeated requests or behavior outside fair use may be restricted through technical and operational measures. If a price scope is unclear, explain the need, date and budget and request scope confirmation instead of sending another comparison document.
Before deciding
Look at total delivery, not only the lowest price.
Share the date, scope and budget so viable options can be clarified without hiding missing items.
