Frame a doorway or welcome area with an arch. Clear width, height, signage visibility and fixing points are checked together.

Different balloon sizes can create an asymmetric entrance or photo area. Placement space and fixing surfaces are reviewed beforehand.

Indoor and outdoor installation
Sun, heat, wind and rain affect outdoor balloons and installation decisions. Durability cannot be guaranteed without assessing conditions. Fixings and support suitability are reviewed before installation.

This service focuses on balloon design and installation. Ribbon cutting, hosts, sound systems, bands, catering and photography are planned separately. Choose the existing general balloon decoration or opening event service where it better matches your needs.

Opening balloon decoration prices
Quotes depend on arch or column design, width and height, balloon types, colours, supports, access and removal. A floor area or single reference photo alone does not establish the final price.
Balloon type and quantity, design, supports, transport, installation and removal are listed separately. Ribbon cutting, hosts, music, catering and other decorations are not included automatically.
Can balloons be installed outdoors?
Outdoor installation can be considered where space, fixing points and weather are suitable. Wind, sun and temperature affect appearance, so a fixed lifespan is not guaranteed.
Can you use our company colours and logo?
Brand colours are assessed against product swatches or samples. Logo printing requires separate confirmation of suitability, artwork approval and production timing.
Which dimensions are needed for a quote?
We need the usable entrance width, height, door movement and installation space. Photos, fixing surfaces and the indoor/outdoor setting help with assessment.
When are installation and removal scheduled?
The installation window depends on opening time, venue access and design size. Removal times, return of supports and waste collection responsibilities are specified in the proposal.
