Drink-Driving Fines and Driving Licence Suspension Periods in 2026
The 2026 amendments to Article 48 of Road Traffic Law No. 2918, introduced by Law No. 7574, substantially increased fines; refusing a test also carries a five-year driving licence suspension.

Will my own car be used?
Yes. The assigned driver drives your car; you and any other passengers travel in it as passengers.
Will my car remain at the venue at the end of the night?
Normally, no. Because the driver takes you to the destination in your own car, the car is with you at the same location when the assignment is complete.
Is this suitable if I need a driver after drinking or after a night out?
You can request this service after a night out when you do not want to drive or cannot drive safely. The driver operates your own car while you travel as a passenger. The final assignment is made after driver availability is confirmed.
Does this include parking at an event venue?
The service on this page is for a safe return in one car. For reception and parking management of multiple guest vehicles, choose the Event Valet Team service.
What information is needed to book?

Why does the price depend on more than distance?
The driver's travel to the pickup point, night-time schedule, waiting time, onward travel after the trip and vehicle features affect the service scope.
What is the per-trip price on a monthly subscription?
In the Monthly Safe 2, Safe 4 and Safe 8 packages, each standard safe-return trip is priced at 6,000 TL. Package totals are 12,000 TL, 24,000 TL and 48,000 TL respectively; waiting time, extra stops or long-distance routes outside the standard scope are confirmed separately.
Can I book for the same night?
You can submit a booking request, but the driver assignment is only confirmed after checking current availability, location and service scope.
Looking for a valet team for an event?
Vehicle reception and parking management at hotels, weddings, galas and corporate receptions are a separate service.
